Your First Week: Full Lifestyle Audit
Your journey begins with a comprehensive onboarding process.
During your first week, we conduct a full review of your:

• sleep and stress patterns
• lifestyle factors that influence your health
From there, we create a personalized strategy designed to help you build momentum safely and sustainably.
