Best Trip Ever

This retreat was both relaxing and refreshing! Yoga 🧘‍♀️ twice a day, daily hikes and wonderful meals. Terri brings together women from all walks of life and it turns into a really beautiful experience ✨️

Amazing!

This was the greatest trip! I was a little nervous to book a solo trip, but it ended up being the greatest thing. I connected with so many great ladies and we had a spectacular time. Everything was planned for you and you could participate as much or as little as you wanted. I will be back in the future! Terry was a great host and empowered us to live our best lives with all of the knowledge she imparted.

Perfect natural and serene getaway

I can't say enough good about this retreat. The house is beautiful with magnificent views of the mountains which seem to change every day as the mists drift up and away. Terry is an amazing host - kind, funny, sincere, sharing. She has clearly thought through every aspect of the retreat and made sure it was top-notch. The food was delicious and nutritious. Everyone on the retreat left inspired to do better at home in planning meals! Every day we left the house for a hike all of which were quite nice. The morning yoga was an excellent way to get centered and warmed up for the day. It got progressively more challenging each day, but Laura was great at offering modifications to those who needed it. Evenings ended with restorative yoga which left me in the most sublime headspace. In short I simply felt treasured and taken care of in everyway during my stay at THOR.
